INNOVATIVE SOLUTION USING NANO-INK TECHNOLOGY
It is ideal for marking absorbent materials such as wood, candles, leather, or cork.
features of the aquila nanosolvent printer
THE DEVICE FOR SPECIAL TASKS
The nano-structured inks used in the machine have the ability to penetrate porous substrates, making the print resistant to mechanical and chemical damage. The implemented active drying system accelerates solvent evaporation allowing faster penetration of the ink into the substrate. Thus, it also contributes to significantly increase the color saturation of the print.

MARKING OF ABSORBENT MATERIALS
AQUILA NANOSOLWENT is great for printing materials and products such as foamed PVC, candles, cork, silicone, plywood or wood. Unlike UV printing, nanosolvent ink does not form a layer on the surface of the product, so it is possible to mark flexible, stretchable and bendable objects without worrying about damaging the print.

clever design
The AQUILA NANOSOLWENT printer is a small-format device that allows you to fulfill personalized orders and create products for special occasions. The machine will also prove useful for test printing in large companies. Thanks to its well-thought-out design and easy-to-use software, adapting the printer’s functions to any project is very simple.

ECONOMICAL OPERATION
Ink consumption during printing is low, making the cost of operating the device very economical. The ink system used in the printer and the two channels of the print head dedicated to the cleaner reduce problems with clogging of the print head, pump and other consumable components increasing the life of the printing system
