Designed for companies that need production speed without shop floor remodeling. The US Series combines the efficiency of single-pass printing with the flexibility of a stand-alone device. It takes days, not months, to implement – and you gain throughput that previously required integration into your production line.

The flow printer is an industrial single-pass printing device that applies a complete, full-color image in one continuous pass of the product under a stationary head bar. Unlike classic UV plotters, where a moving carriage repeatedly moves over the substrate, single-pass technology eliminates time wasted on return movements. As a result, throughput is measured in thousands of products per hour instead of pieces per minute. The US series is the answer to the question, “How do you get industrial printing productivity without a line integration project?” A stand-alone device that you plug in, calibrate, and start production – no months of planning, no rebuilding of the shop floor, no risk of downtime on the existing line.
Traditional UV plotters imposed a compromise: either flexibility or performance. The US series eliminates him. You gain production speed and process predictability – without having to design a dedicated line. A flow of one unit means that you detect the error at the first defective unit – not at the hundredth unit. Bottlenecks don’t hide behind piles of half-finished products waiting between jobs. The process becomes transparent, and problems are revealed immediately. Less waste, faster response, higher actual efficiency of overall production.
We designed the US Series as a complete, stand-alone industrial printing station. You don’t have to remodel the shop floor, integrate systems, or wait months for startup. The unit arrives calibrated, with presets for your materials – and starts making money from day one.
One pass = complete printing. All layers – CMYK, white, varnish – applied simultaneously and cured immediately. The product leaves the machine “dry” and ready for packaging. This is not a faster plotter. It’s a fundamentally different class of performance that turns previously unprofitable orders into your source of advantage.
The stationary head strip eliminates matching errors between layers. There is no carriage movement, no accumulation of microbeads, no risk of shifts between white and color. Every piece in a batch is identical – from first to last. That’s a level of repeatability that until now required costly in-line integration.
Instead of buying another flatbed to keep up with production, replace the entire farm with a single flow device. Fewer operators, less space, fewer points of failure – and dramatically lower unit cost with increasing volume.
The US series is an industrial flow printer that combines single-pass performance with the flexibility of a stand-alone device. Compared to flatbed plotters, it offers many times higher throughput. Compared to in-line systems – simpler implementation and lower investment threshold. It is the “golden mean” for companies ready for a leap in productivity without a revolution on the production floor.
▸Function: Stationary head bar covering the entire printing width. The product moves under it once – all colors, white and varnish are applied simultaneously.
▸Effect: Elimination of carriage return movements. Cycle time measured in fractions of seconds instead of minutes. Throughput of thousands of pieces per hour.
▸Benefit: You complete orders that used to take all day on a plotter in an hour. Your production capacity increases many times over without a commensurate increase in cost and manpower.
▸Function: two-stage UV-LED curing (pinning + final cure) immediately after ink application. The product leaves the machine completely “dry”.
▸Effect: No drying stations, no seasoning, no buffering. Product goes directly to packaging or further processing.
▸Benefit: You eliminate a step from the process and meterage from the shop floor. You reduce lead time and free up capital frozen in work-in-progress.
▸Function: Industrial piezoelectric heads with MEMS technology. Simultaneous application of all layers eliminates fit errors due to thermal shrinkage of the material.
▸Effect: Tolerance of fit limited only by the accuracy of head assembly. White perfectly under color, selective varnish exactly where it should be.
▸Benefit: You eliminate quality complaints and material losses. The budget for rework stays in the till.
▸Function: Complete printing station with its own product transport, feeding and receiving system. Does not require integration with existing production line.
▸Effect: Deployment in days, not months. No risk of downtime at other sites during installation. Relocation capability.
▸Benefit: Faster start of return on investment. Flexibility for production layout changes. Less project risk.
The US series is not a product from a global company’s catalog. It is the result of the work of the Polish R&D department, which has been designing digital printing systems for the industry for years. When you buy the US Series, you gain direct access to the team of engineers who created it – and two specialized laboratories.
Before you make a decision, our engineers will test your most difficult materials. At ProofLab, we’ll select the optimal parameters, primers and ICC profiles. You’ll see real prints on your products – and know the exact results of your adhesion tests before you sign the order. It’s our responsibility for your success.
When standard inks are not enough, our chemical laboratory comes into play. Here we develop innovative formulations – from inks with special adhesion, to functional (e.g., conductive), to dedicated solutions for the most demanding industries. Your unusual material isn’t a problem – it’s a challenge we enjoy.
When you choose IMAGO, you don’t become an anonymous customer of a global brand. You gain a partner with its own technological background, who understands Polish production realities and speaks your language. Problems are solved in hours, not weeks. Modifications and customizations are possible because we design and manufacture the machines.
The US series is equipped with proprietary IMAGO software, which makes operation of the machine intuitive even for operators with no digital printing experience. The system automatically manages layer order, UV curing parameters and quality control. You define what is to be printed – the machine takes care of the rest.
White ink printing technology opens up entirely new possibilities for product decoration. The US series makes it possible to create crisp, legible prints even on dark and colored surfaces. The white primer is applied simultaneously with the colors – in the same pass – guaranteeing a perfect match and eliminating the risk of offsets.
With single-pass precision, you can apply white selectively – only where it’s needed – saving ink and creating effects unavailable with classic multi-pass printing.
The US series generates the most value where high volume meets the need for flexibility. It’s a device for companies that have outgrown flatbed plotters but don’t need (or want) full in-line integration.

Do you have questions about technology differences, the implementation process or printing capabilities? We’ve compiled the most frequently asked questions to help you better understand how the US Series differs from other devices and how it can realistically support your production process.
The fundamental difference is the printing architecture. A flatbed plotter has a moving carriage that repeatedly moves over a stationary product – the image is built belt by belt. A flow printer has a stationary head bar covering the entire width of the print – the product moves under it only once, and all layers are applied simultaneously. The practical effect? Many times higher throughput and perfect layer matching in a flow printer. Instead, the flatbed plotter offers greater flexibility for widely varying formats and thicknesses.
The US series is a stand-alone device – a complete, stand-alone printing station that does not require integration with an existing production line. Custom-made systems are designed and built for a customer’s specific line, integrated with the customer’s transportation, tact and IT systems. US series means faster deployment, lower investment threshold and lower project risk. Custom made is maximum optimization for a specific process – but requires time for design and integration.
For companies that have “outgrown” flatbed plotters and need a jump in throughput, but are unwilling or unable to perform full in-line integration. Typical profile: medium to large runs of repetitive products, need for high throughput, space or time constraints preventing custom made design.
The US series supports a wide range of substrates: plastics (PP, PE, ABS, PS, PMMA, PC), glass, metals (aluminum, steel), wood, HPL/MDF, composite materials. For difficult low-energy surfaces, we use activation (plasma, corona) and primers. Before you make a decision, we will test your materials at ProofLab – you will see real results on your products.
Implementation of the US Series is much simpler than custom made systems. Typical process: discovery call (60-90 min) -> testing at ProofLab on your materials -> quotation -> delivery and installation -> operator training -> production start. The whole process takes weeks, not months.
Yes – but it’s a fundamentally different value model. Our advantage is not to imitate global corporations, but to provide what they cannot offer: direct access to engineers who design the machine, support of ProofLab and INKnovation Lab, the ability to customize to your needs, service with a short SLA and parts from stock in Poland.
