Proof Lab: See Results on Your Products First
Before you commit, our lab tests YOUR specific materials. We check adhesion, develop the right primer, build your custom ICC colour profile, and print samples directly on your actual product.
Meet our team at FESPA, we’ll take the time to understand which architecture fits your production reality.
UV LED digital printing puts colour directly on the object and cures it instantly with light. No screens to clean. No plates to change. No waiting for ink to dry. The product exits production-ready. There are two architectures — pick the one that fits how you run your shop.
Whether you need a proven industrial printer to instantly boost capacity, or a fully tailored system integrated into your unique line — our engineering team delivers the exact technology your business requires.
Proven, ready-to-deploy digital printing platforms. Perfect for companies looking to eliminate changeover bottlenecks and bring production in-house without re-engineering their facility.
Unmatched versatility. Switch jobs from business cards to 15cm crates in under 60 seconds.
Complete decoration in one continuous pass. Eliminates production buffers for high-volume orders.
Deploy within days. Standalone stations that integrate alongside your current processes with zero facility disruption.

Experience true technological personalization. We build digital printing systems specifically around your product and workflow. You don’t adapt to the machine — the machine adapts to you.
Built directly into your existing assembly lines or robotics for true, automated One Piece Flow production.
Custom dimensions, specialized part handling, and proprietary software interfaces tailored to your operators.
A technological core designed to be upgraded over years instead of replaced, protecting your long-term ROI.
We treat the industrial print engine as just the beginning. The rest is built around your specific needs. This is what we call the true personalization experience. It means our engineering team takes full responsibility for adapting the technology to your business, so you don’t have to change your existing processes. Select a module below to see how we tailor every detail to fit your production reality.
Our team designs the hardware and software protocols to integrate our printers directly with your continuous conveyor systems or automated feeders. By adapting to your factory’s layout, we deliver a seamless personalization experience that eliminates manual handling.
“We don’t just supply the printer. We ensure it synchronizes perfectly with your existing production lines.”
Struggling with difficult plastics or metals? We build inline surface treatment modules directly into the machine. Part of our personalization experience is making sure our technology works perfectly with your materials.
“The surface is prepared automatically before the first drop of ink hits, guaranteeing permanent adhesion every time.”
We don’t expect your products to be perfectly flat. Our mechanical engineers design custom holders, vacuum tables, and rotary attachments. It’s a physical personalization experience tailored exclusively to the exact shape and size of your items.
“Your unique parts are handled with perfect precision, reducing waste and setup times to zero.”
Say goodbye to operators manually loading files. Our software team connects the printer directly to your factory’s data systems. This digital personalization experience allows for fully automated printing of unique designs in real-time.
“It fetches dynamic data on the fly, making mass personalization as simple as standard production.”
IMAGO is not a reseller. We design the electronics, develop the software, formulate the inks, and manufacture the machines — all in-house, in Poland. When you sit down with us at FESPA, you’re talking to the people who built the system. And we’ve built the lab infrastructure to prove your application works before you allocate any budget.
Before you commit, our lab tests YOUR specific materials. We check adhesion, develop the right primer, build your custom ICC colour profile, and print samples directly on your actual product.
We operate with custom ink formulations across the full spectrum: UV inks, nano-solvent formulations, and food-grade solutions - paired with proprietary primers, matched to your substrate and process.
SLA service packages with strictly defined response times. Your field engineer knows exactly who designed your system and can speak to them directly.
Running screen printing, pad printing, offset, or laser engraving? Here’s the direct comparison.

If your current process requires making screens, waiting for colour approval, or spending hours on changeovers — UV digital changes that. If you’re profitable with what you have, it might not. But if your customers want faster lead times and you’re hitting capacity limits — this is the technology conversation to have.
The IMAGO Engineering Solution
These materials naturally resist bonding. We solve this not just through mechanics, but chemistry. Our INKnovation Lab develops custom primers and integrates inline plasma or corona pre-treatment modules directly into the workflow, altering surface tension to guarantee permanent adhesion.

Printing across gaps requires extreme droplet precision to prevent misting. Our 3rd-generation MEMS printheads paired with precise Auto-Z height adjustment allow for exceptional throw distance without losing crispness. For cylindrical objects, we implement synchronized rotary modules within the RIP software.

The IMAGO Engineering Solution
Rigid inks crack under stress. We utilize specialized INK_FLEX formulations designed to elongate with the substrate. Crucially, our UV-LED curing systems operate at strictly controlled, low temperatures to prevent heat-warping of sensitive, thin materials during the curing process.

The IMAGO Engineering Solution
Industrial coatings often reject standard UV inks. We deploy targeted adhesion promoters combined with immediate UV-LED pinning. The pinning instantly “freezes” the ink drop upon contact, preventing color bleed or retraction on extremely slick, non-porous finishes.

The IMAGO Engineering Solution
Porous materials “drink” the ink, dulling colours. We counteract this through Variable Drop Size control and the simultaneous application of a dense, white base layer. This seals the surface dynamically, ensuring that the top CMYK layer remains vibrant and sharp.

Every system is configured to the application – pricing depends on working area, number of printhead sections, colour channels, and additional modules (surface activation, visual inspection, feeders). Serie US flow printers are custom-built entirely to your specifications. We’ll discuss your requirements at the booth and prepare a tailored investment plan.
The timeline is defined individually per project. The process: Discovery → Proof Lab testing → offer → FAT (factory acceptance at IMAGO) → installation at your site → SAT (site acceptance) → operator training → go-live. The timeline depends on Proof Lab results and your specific configuration – which is why we test your materials first.
Two scenarios. First: you need more capacity. Your current system does X, you need 1.5X. IMAGO adds capacity alongside. Second: your current system isn’t performing on certain materials or speeds. Bring sample prints to our booth. We’ll run your material on SAPPHIRE and show you the difference.
Yes. Standard process. Proof Lab testing takes 3-14 business days depending on complexity. You get sample prints on your actual product, colour profiles, adhesion data, and a full report. When the goal is selecting the right IMAGO system, testing is free of charge. No obligation to buy.
SLA service packages with defined response times – included in every offer. Service centres in Poland (Warsaw, Gliwice, Bydgoszcz), service partners in your region. Spare parts list with prices and delivery times provided upfront. On-site and remote support. Custom support plans available for high-utilisation operations.
Our engineering team will be at Fira Barcelona, 19-22 May 2026. Book a time slot. We’ll review your application before you arrive – so when you show up, we’re ready for your specific questions.
