IMAGO’s Custom Made printers are custom-designed devices – from customer requirements analysis, technology selection and prototyping, to implementation and service support. Unlike standard catalog printers, which have predetermined parameters (table size, ink technology, printing area), Custom Made customizes each component to the specifics of your product and process.
The basis of all our Custom Made systems is Drop-on-Demand (DOD) piezoelectric technology, in which the heads eject microscopic ink droplets with extreme precision up to tens of thousands of times per second. This allows us to carry out projects on a wide range of materials: glass, metal, aluminum, wood, plastics (PP, PE, ABS, PS, PMMA, PC), flexible film, cardboard, ceramics and even food products (chocolate, baked goods).

Printing on flat surfaces with precise positioning; ideal for small and medium runs, tests, proof-of-concept. Customizable: unusual table dimensions (from a few tens of cm² to several m²), additional axes (Z adjustable automatically, rotary axis).
Print in tact in production; product moves in a steady rhythm under a stationary head bar without stopping the line. Full integration with conveyors, feeders and MES/ERP systems - print variable data (batch numbers, QR codes, campaign versions) without downtime.

We design systems so that the machine fits your line, not the other way around. Our team takes care of full hardware integration (conveyors, sensors) and software integration (connectivity to MES/ERP systems). The entire hardware integration process is simulated and then verified during FAT (in our factory) and SAT (on your shop floor) tests.
We do not sell closed “boxes”, but full engineering partnerships. You have direct contact with engineers from our Polish R&D department, without communication barriers or foreign headquarters. Because we design equipment for your specific application, you don’t pay technology penalties for the limitations of standard equipment, and the machine has the option to be upgraded in the future.

We test different ink technologies on your physical details, check the strength of adhesion, optimize the primer and report the results. You receive hard evidence in the form of printed samples of your material.
